Once a suitable candidate has been identified and pre-screened by us, we coordinate the presentation and follow up with the client throughout the hiring process. We assist with scheduling interviews, reference checks, education and employment verifications. Please keep in mind that our services to you are free of charge, unless you decide to extend an offer to a candidate that we have presented to you, they accept it, and are hired by you.
